Commemorative Series, circa 4th-5th century. Half Siliqua (Silver, 13 mm, 1.09 g, 12 h), Constantinopolis. Draped bust of Roma to right, wearing crested Attic helmet and pearl necklace; all within pelleted circle. Rev. Large P within pelleted circle. Bendall, Anonymous Silver, RN 158 (2002), Type 7 and pl. XII, fig. 15. Cohen VII, p. 327, 3. RIC -. RSC - . Extremely rare. Slightly porous and with a few minor deposits, otherwise, about extremely fine.

This and the next specimen are double die matched. The style is clearly later than 330. Bendall described a very similar example and suggested a 5th century date.
